Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representatives
We are looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join our insurance office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares proposals and completes applications in coordination with producers; submits applications to eligible and appropriate insurance carriers; follows up to ensure timely receipt of quotations and policies.
• Prepares summaries of insurance, schedules, and proposals as needed
• Deals with clients daily in meeting their needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed for property and casualty in Oklahoma
• Minimum of 3 years working in an independent insurance agency as an account manager, familiar with most large insurance companies
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Must possess strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Advanced computer and word processing capabilities with emphasis on Microsoft Office and Excel.

EXPERIENCE:

• Preferably 3+ years specific commercial insurance experience preferred
• Candidate must be comfortable with writing with multiple carriers/independent agency background
• Established book of business a plus but not required - compensation accordingly

• Must demonstrate sales aptitude, including strong persuasive abilities to influence and achieve desired outcomes.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Must possess strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
• Must have strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must have advanced computer and word processing capabilities with emphasis on Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
